How much does a kitchen remodel cost?

The cost of a kitchen remodel can vary widely depending on several factors including the size of your kitchen, the extent of the renovation, the materials and finishes you choose. A small-scale kitchen with few layout changes usually costs between $50-80K. A medium-scale project usually costs between $75-100K and a large-scale project where the layout changes and walls are removed usually costs between $90-150K.

How long does it take to design my new space?

Our thorough design process typically takes 4-6 weeks.

How long does construction on a kitchen remodel take?

A kitchen remodel can be simple or extensive. A small-scale project usually takes 8-12 weeks, while a larger project could take up to 16 weeks.

How do people live without a kitchen during a remodel?

We have lots of advice for this! Usually people set up a temporary kitchen, ideally near a water source like a laundry or garage sink, or even a bathroom. We recommend having a countertop microwave, toaster, air fryer and a hotplate. This way you can still prepare simple meals. You will still be able to use your refrigerator. We will move it to a place where you can access it.

Who will be working in my home during the remodel?

There will be people from our SheBuilds construction team as well as some subcontractors working on your project. We’ve been working with the same subcontractors for years, so we know exactly who we are bringing into your home. We will treat your home with the utmost care and respect.

What is communication like during my remodel project?

While your kitchen is under construction you’ll have access to our scheduling system. Here you can see all upcoming jobs. You will also receive weekly schedule updates from our Operations Manager, as well as frequent communications from your Project Manager. We will let you know when people will be working in your home as well as when to expect a quiet day. You’ll have direct access to your Project Manager and Designer! So, if questions come up during construction, we encourage you to reach out and ask questions any time!

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We do have some financing options available for our clients.
