Your initial consultation may take place virtually online, or in person, depending on your preference. At this meeting we will get to know each other and explore your vision and ideas for your new kitchen. We like to understand what your driving factors are for remodeling your home. In doing so we can make sure we address all the wants and needs specific to your family.

After your consultation we will take measurements of your space. We will then input that information into our state of the art design software and create a beautiful new kitchen plan for you. This is a crucial step in the design process. When we draw, design and render a project it takes vast knowledge, attention to detail and many hours. It involves figuring out the very best way to layout your space for ultimate functionality, as well as beauty. Our high quality, full color renderings are so life like that you’ll be able to see exactly what your finished kitchen will look like. We will consider every aspect of the space to be sure its just right. Then, based on this design we will create a detailed scope of work and estimate of the project cost. The design process usually takes 6 weeks to 3 months, depending on how many revisions are requested.

After your kitchen layout is finalized we will begin the exciting process of choosing your finishes. We will shop for your countertops, flooring, plumbing fixtures, lighting, hardware and tile. We can visit showrooms and slab yards together if you wish, or if you prefer to shop on your own, we will give you a list of our preferred vendors so you can visit them when it’s convenient for you. This process usually takes 4-6 weeks and we will work from a “shopping list” so nothing is forgotten.

About a week or so before your project is scheduled to begin construction, we will meet in your home with the designer and project lead to finalize all the details of the construction process. We will walk through what to expect during construction, and even the minute details like parking and work hours. We will give you a link to our live calendar, so you will always know what is happening on your project every day.

Our typical kitchen remodels take 6-9 weeks, depending on the scope of the project. You’ll have a project manager who will take the lead on your kitchen installation. They will be on site to meet and supervise any trade partners who are working on your project, like plumbers and electricians. During this phase, your project manager will make sure all the details are taken care of, and they will communicate with you throughout construction.
