Laura, SheBuilds Marketing Director here. I got a text after work Wednesday asking if I wanted to come along on a quartz install. It was going to be delivered to a 3rd floor condo by CRANE! That’s a BIG YES!
Our friends at Smith Crane Inc. were on the job along with Pacific NW Tile and Granite. It takes a village to raise a single slab of quartz from ground level to a 3rd story balcony!
The homeowner was literally jumping for joy that delivery and install day was here and that the slab made it to their new kitchen. The original home was built in the 1800’s. It has been converted to condos and our client has views of Mt St Helens, Mt Adams AND Mt Hood (albeit hiding behind a tree) from their crow’s nest windows!
It took the crane operator and 5 crew members from the marble company to safely deliver this piece to the condo and install it in its forever home.
The homeowner sees a “duck” in the stone. What do you see?
