It all started with an ISLAND"We only need an island" to "Let's do the WHOLE kitchen!"

At first, Chloe and Patrick thought they just wanted to replace the tiny island with a larger more functional one. As we went through the consultative design process, they realized that they could transform their old kitchen into a new space that would be fun but also functional and spacious. Knowing that Chloe loves to cook and needs the kitchen to have lots of functional storage space, the SheBuilds team got to work!

Sheri and Josh wanted to be closer to family in the area. They wanted a rural property and found the cutest rustic farmhouse! They had made several significant changes to the old homestead, but the property still had dark, outdated cabinetry. The closed-off kitchen layout had very little storage space or room to run around for their active family. They asked Laurel to create a design that would transform their space into a warm and welcoming kitchen where friends and family would gather. And believe us, they’ve been enjoying LOTS of togetherness ever since! :}

Sheila and Steve hit the jackpot when they bought the home next door to aging parents. Location! Location! Location! The kitchen however…It was walled off and felt very separate from the rest of the family space. Since they LOVE to entertain, opening up the room to create a large combination kitchen, dining, and great room was a no-brainer! When they met with the SheBuilds Team they were already working with a wonderful General Contractor but needed specialized expertise to create the kitchen of their dreams.
